What To Expect

Walk Structure

  • Professionally guided on-leash walks
  • Groups of 2–6 dogs, thoughtfully matched


When & Where

  • Tuesday – Friday
  • 1–1.5 hour duration

  • Your local neighbourhood (see service area map below)

  • Pick-up window between 10:30 am – 2:00 pm (multiple pickup times available, scheduled in advance)


Who Can Join

  • Dogs must complete brief assessment — contact us to learn more

  • Spayed/neutered, up to date on all required vaccines, comfortable around dogs and people, and loose leash trained

  • Not sure if your pup is ready for a group setting? We can help! Contact us, and we’ll create a tailored plan

Recurring Spots

A monthly pass is required to reserve a weekly recurring spot


Holidays

No walks scheduled on B.C. statutory holidays. No recurring walks are scheduled during the Winter Holiday Period (Dec 18, 2026 - Jan 4, 2027), but are available to book in advance as a drop-in service.

Important Notes

Service reminders are sent every Friday for the following week.


To help us maintain a consistent and reliable schedule, the following policies apply:

  • Booking Deadlines: Drop-in rates reflect bookings made by 5:00 pm Thursday for the following week. 
    Requests received after this time are accepted but are subject to a $5 after-hours booking fee to accommodate schedule changes.
  • Invoices: Completed drop-in services are invoiced biweekly on Fridays and are due the following Monday (or the next business day).

  • Availability: Drop-in spots are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Clients seeking priority scheduling and consistency are encouraged to purchase a monthly pass.

Pass Sale Dates

** Existing pass members receive priority access to recurring spots when a monthly pass is purchased before the pass release date for Waitlisted Clients.

March Pass:

Pass availability opens in the following stages:

  • Existing Pass Members: Feb 3

  • Waitlisted Clients: Feb 20

  • Pro-rated passes: Mar 3

April Pass:

  • Existing Pass Members: Mar 2

  • Waitlisted Clients: Mar 13

  • Pro-rated passes: Mar 31

 

Early Release Policy

  • Passes for waitlisted clients may become available earlier if all existing pass members purchase their passes early.
  • Waitlisted clients will be notified if early access is released.

  • To allow clients to secure passes as soon as possible and better plan for the upcoming month of services.

Cancellations & Holds

General Policy

  • Monthly passes are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless approved by the Service Provider.

Cancellations

  • Members receive 1 cancellation credit for every 3 monthly passes purchased

  • Cancellation credits are pro-rated to the value of the missed walk and applied to a future service


Holds

We can hold your spot so you don’t lose your place in our schedule—regardless of the reason.

  • A hold credit is issued and pro-rated based on the notice provided

  • A portion of the missed walk value is applied to future services, while the remaining portion is retained as a holding fee to reserve your spot

  • Spots may be held for up to 4 weeks total per calendar year, regardless of reason

  • Holds must be scheduled in minimum one-week blocks


How Hold Credits Work

Credits are issued based on the amount of notice provided:

  • 28+ days’ notice: 60% pro-rated credit

  • 21 days’ notice: 50% pro-rated credit

  • 14 days’ notice: 30% pro-rated credit

  • 7 days’ notice: 15% pro-rated credit


Example

If you’re away for two weeks and provide 21 days’ notice, you’ll receive a 50% pro-rated credit for the missed walks. This credit can be applied toward future walks or other services, while the remaining portion is retained as a holding fee to keep your recurring spot reserved.
