How Monthly Pass Pricing Works
  • Monthly pass pricing is based on the number of weeks assigned to each month. For the remainder of 2026, most months have 4 weeks, while September has 5 (Aug. 31–Oct. 2) and December has 3 (Nov. 30–Dec. 18). Your pass price will be adjusted accordingly.
  • For example:
    • A client booking 3 hikes per week at $44 per hike in September would pay $660 + GST:
    • 3 hikes x $44 x 5 weeks = $660

BC Statutory Holidays & Winter Holiday Period

No weekly recurring services are scheduled on BC statutory holidays or during the Winter Holiday Period, and this is reflected in monthly pass pricing. Select drop-in services may be available by request.

Winter Holiday Period (Dec 18, 2026 - Jan 4, 2027)

  • Drop-in service requests during the Winter Holiday Period must be booked by November 16, 2026.
  • Requests received after this date may be accepted, subject to availability and may incur a $10 late booking fee.

Make-Up Services

  • When available, make-up services may be offered to monthly passholders whose scheduled services fall on a BC statutory holiday.
  • Make-up services are offered in advance of the applicable monthly pass billing date.
  • Pass pricing will reflect whether the Client chooses to include or forgo the make-up service.

Drop-In Availability & Booking Windows

  • Availability: Drop-in spots are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Clients seeking priority scheduling and consistency are encouraged to purchase a monthly pass.

  • Booking window: Drop-ins can be booked up to 1 month in advance (excluding the"Winter Holiday Period"). Requests made earlier are welcome but may not be confirmed until 1 month before the service date.

TRAINING SESSIONS & HOUSESITTING SERVICES
